Codeanne, Murchison, Rogers-Holmes & Wheaton all grab Louisville wins

Memorable 2016 WCHS for Cater Stables

Amanda Murchison and CH Spread The Word led the way for Cater Stables at the 2016 World's Championship Horse Show, capturing the Three-Gaited Pleasure World's Champion of Champions title in unanimous fashion after winning their qualifying section. A year ago, Amanda and "Rev" won their qualifier and took home reserve in the Championship. Molly Codeanne realized her Equitation dream with a win in the Senior Equitation World's Championship aboard CH-EQ Chanti's Prayer. Molly also presented I'm A Skywatcher to a fourth place finish in the Junior Exhibitor Park (Sec. 2) class and earned a 7th place ribbon in the Junior Exhibitor Park Championship.

Ashlee Wheaton landed another World's Champion blue with CH Extremely Fortunut, this time in the Adult Country Pleasure (Section 2) qualifier. Ashlee's previous Louisville wins with "Chalupa" came two years ago, when they were crowned Junior Exhibitor World's Champion of Champions and World's Champion. Ashlee made her Green Shavings debut with Nuttin' Innocent and took fourth place ribbons in the Amateur Ladies Three-Gaited 15.2-&-Under qualifier (with a first place vote) and fourth in the Amateur Ladies Three-Gaited Championship.

Last year, Cathy Rogers-Holmes and CH Who finished reserve in their Louisville Pleasure Driving qualifier and repeated the feat in the Championship. This year, Cathy and Who again took second in their qualifier, but this time went one better in the Championship and left Kentucky with a Pleasure Driving World's Champion of Champions title.
